Hello Soldier,

Thank you for you question, now this is a subject i can talk about at length, and love to talk about also. Pattaya is your answer, in short, Pattaya is MEN"S HEAVEN.

As a westerner it's hard to describe or believe such a place exists.

If your looking for hot girls and non stop party fun.

This is what I would recommend.

Go straight to Pattaya!

Its probably about the biggest, girl action spot in the world. It is a CITY of bars, go go bars (as they call them their) nightclubs, well its got everything,but mostly kilometre after kilometre, street after street; bars and go go bars overflowing with girls. Oh yea and hotels to stay in.

Sometimes called the Gold Coast of Asia. hasn't got as many High-rises, but fast catching up, its had a building boom, since the 70's. Think Gold Coast and add girls, everywhere, begging you to take them home. For around $1000 to 1500baht for the entire night.

For me that was around $30 to $45 Australian Dollars....in 2008.

Although Thailand's answer to the economy crises and falling tourist numbers is not to lower prices but to raise prices. so prices are going up. Once only the very hottest girls in the go go's would ask for 1500baht but now many of them try to get that much. Friendly haggling is always the norm, for everything.

The girls on the street usually ask for 500 baht, most of them are very nice, but picking up girls on the street has more dangers than the girls in the bars, although most people have no problems if you are careful.

The bar girls have to take regular STD tests, and if you ever have a problem with them you can go back to their bar and complain, and none of the bar girls ever want that. Theft and drugging's have been known to happen with street girls, It happened to me in my 1st 5 days in Thailand in Bangkok, (You can read more about how I got drugged and robbed in my story "My 1st Adventure in Thailand", in the "Sex Travel Story's" section of this Forum, or just click on here viewtopic.php?f=2&t=49 ) crime is more prevalent in Bangkok. Its an amazing City, but if your not well travelled, I'd recommend seeing it just before you leave, when you get the "feel" of Thailand. Going straight to Pattaya is safer, cheaper, much less pollution, and (generalising here) much better people too, I feel.

Some may say, "you mean prostitutes"? Well one thing is for sure, probably nothing like any prostitute you have ever meet. Really nice girls, full of love and passion, who really love sex. If your good to them, they genuinely want to marry you. Opposites attract, they love our features, and we love theirs, they like our noses, how tall we are, our white skin, our hairy legs, and, hey, our big dicks. Men (and a few women) have a need that doesn't seem to be getting satisfied in the west any more, and many Thai women (and a few men) have a need, and really Its a fair exchange.

Before the economy crises 20million people would holiday in Thailand, every year, the 2nd most visited country in the world, and 12million of them go to Pattaya and are mostly men .

If these men got what they need in their own home they wouldn't leave.

Of course their is a few swinging European couples, Japanese Korean and Russian woman and even a few westerner women who like the Pattaya sex scene as well. But very few of these women come from England or U.S.A and none of them come from Australia, dam it, its not their scene.

Of course if you have the time and the determination, their is plenty of eligible beautiful women, working in professional offices, hotels, you name it. Even many women labourers, building High-rises on dodgy scaffolding, cleaning the parks, whoever they are Thai women have SEX DRIVE, they love it, want it, need it.

Once I was lying in the sun, on Pattaya beach, on one of the thousands of deckchairs for hire, sipping chilled coconut juice, and saying no thanks to all the caterers who offer beer, fruit, seafood, watches, massages etc etc.

And a group of female council workers trimming trees along the foreshore, started seriously checking me out. Like I mean just like male council workers in Australia would carry on over a hot woman on the beach. Man, it felt so weird, but so flattering. Women don't even know I exist in Australia.

You will be saying, thanks but no thanks, to many hot girls, every day. Because you will be shagged out from the night before. Nice to be the one to be giving the knock backs, he he.

Travel can be a little confusing at times, even in Thailand, although it is quite a safe place really, possibly safer than Australia in many ways, and not expensive, very very affordable.

With $3000 and an air ticket, you can live like a king for at least 3weeks. Me? I tend to spend more. Some experienced travellers can live like a king on $3000 for 3months !

Of course Phuket is beautiful also, it has a much smaller sex scene, in Patong, far more scenic beauty, more of a family destination. Phuket was devastated by the Tsunami. but I've heard there is few signs of the disaster left now. If you go to Phuket, make sure you see Ko Phi-Phi Island, its nature at its finest.

But this is what I say to any inexperienced travellers who want to see Pattaya.

When you get off at Suvarnabhumi international Airport (Wow what a mouthful huh? pronounced something like "sue-arn-a-poom") An amazing Airport, Huge and very organised, hopefully you have your visa, if not you can get a "3 week visa on arrival" and its all usually simple and fast, but don't overstay this visa, they will get angry at you and have to pay fines for every day you overstay. Alternatively, if in Pattaya, its only about 4 or 5 hours return drive, to the Cambodian border where you can renew visa for another 3 weeks, many times. But visa regulations are changing this last few years, so check 1st.

Pattaya has a roaring trade driving tourists to Cambodia for visa renewal. You will see signs on shops everywhere saying "Visa runs to Cambodia", its a nice drive though the tropical countryside also, usually in comfortable mini-buses with air-con. And you get a quick look at Cambodia, a very different place to Thailand. At the boarder there is many extremely cheep goods, like alcohol, smokes, Viagra etc etc much cheaper than Thailand. You usually just have to walk across the boarder for an hour, usually you go to a casino, (no casino in Thailand), have a meal included in the ticket. And leave with a visa.

But getting back to your arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, as soon as you get past customs etc you will be swarmed by people wanting to sell you private taxi trips to wherever you want to go, usually at inflated prices. if this is what you want ok its quick and simple, but in 2008 the going rate was 1000baht to Pattaya, many back then would ask for 1500baht. It is cheep for a 2hour taxi ride to Pattaya, but you can do much better, if interested try to bring them down to 1000baht. Also most get kickbacks from hotels in Pattaya, they will tell you everything is booked out, and you have to go with them, dont believe this, Pattaya has abundant accommodation, especially now with falling tourist numbers, anything to the highest luxury to rooms for $7 a night.

Me? I just say a firm no thanks, (you have to learn to say no thanks firmly) or hawkers in Thailand WILL drive you crazy ! Best of all learn to say no in Thai, it works much faster, they assume you have visited before and leave you be, when your a 1st timer they can "smell" it on you, ha ha. " MAY-OWL" is the way to pronounce the "no" word in Thai, no need to be rude about it, Thai's are beautiful people, most hawkers have to push a bit to feed the family, just say it firmly, "MAY-OWL THANK YOU" or better yet "MAY-OWL CAP" if you look unsure they will continue. This will be the word you will use more than any other word on your holiday, get used to it. At least its ALL being offered to you !........... Well here comes part 3.

First of all don't be put off buy the hawkers in the airport, they will swarm you the moment you get past customs, offering taxi's etc. Once you get past the airport hawkers, everything else is easy. No other hawker will intimidate you as much, their desperate at the airport.

Me, I walk straight down 2 floors to the bus station, don't even ask the hawkers were the bus station is, they will say bus is gone etc etc.

First of all though, It's often a good idea to exchange some money and buy a sim card for your mobile, on the same floor where you get past customs, ask them any questions you may have. Then I go straight to the bus stop on ground floor, I think its less than 100 baht, to get to Pattaya, at worst I've had to wait 2 hours for a bus, usually less than an hour. And its good to just sit and take in the "feel" of the place. "FULL ON" is a good description. The bus will often take you to Pattaya 3rd road, if this happens, then you will need a "baht" bus to take you to your hotel. Baht buses are Toyota Utes with a canopy over the back and open air seating. Don't pay the baht bus more than 100baht for a private trip. (Well this was 2008 anyway, prices really should not have gone up, but they are always trying, haggle, they will respect you more anyway if you haggel ) I recommend the APEX Hotel for budget accommodation or Hotel Diana just near to it, or a few just in that spot. Its not luxury, but APEX is pretty good value and most of the staff are excellent, and look after you. That's the main reason why I like it so much.

I recommend getting the Lonely Planet Guide to Thailand, and reading it. It covers near everything, shows you what hotels have what etc. But for over ten years now they really discourage sex tourism, WELL they now encourage GAY sex tourism, while discouraging straight sex tourism. Which to me is downright KOOKY. Must be written buy sterilised women and gay men now. That is a real shame. But buy it anyway, they are about the best travel books you can get.

Again for the average Joe, bus it and go straight to the Apex, Later you can find better places when you know your way around. APEX is only 750baht a night; fridge, Tv, air-con, safe deposit box, all you can eat buffet for only 120baht. IT'S ON 2ND PATTAYA ROAD BETWEEN Soi 10 AND Soi 11. Some of the women who work their get a little "distant" if your shagging too much, but the male workers their are the best I've known in Pattaya. They take care of you. Tell you what to watch out for and bale you up if your getting too "intoxicated" on the sheer DELIGHT of being in Pattaya. There is always men who die in Pattaya from having too much fun; too much alcohol, too much sex, too much Viagra and not enough water, because its hot there, don't forget to drink water, re-hydrate while your having fun. Also all the tours, fishing, islands, tourist parks, zoo's, visa runs etc. etc. can be booked right in the Apex Hotel and very reasonable prices too. Ok I wrapped it up in a nutshell, GO THERE, its the best MAN HEAVEN on Earth. Life is short, have some fun !

Back again, decided I HAVE to conclude with a bit about the night life in Pattaya. You end up feeling like a kid in a candy store. Check out the YouTube video's we have of Pattaya, Club Coyote etc. on this site, they put clothes on these girls to make it acceptable for YouTube.

In the 1000's of bars there is a lot of absolute stunner's. Also Jomtian Beach 10 mins from Pattaya is getting more family orientated now, so family is happy and Dad (and Mum) can disappear at night. But probably Phuket is better for family's. The still have plenty of night life, sex filled or otherwise.

Even agree about Lonely Planet, most informative travel guide around, BUT, what is their problem with straight male and female sex tourists ???

I have about 20 of their guides. The old one's used to show the "red light" districts all over the world, not any more ! They even have a "new" list, how to be a "responsible tourist", dont litter, dont do this, dont do that (ok), THEN they say, "Dont use the hooker's" (WHAT !!!).

About the only guide they have these days, that even mentions sex tourism, is their Thai guide. Maybe coz it's so "in yer face" they cant deny it. But your right, ALL their guides now show the places for gays to hang out; gay bars, gay shows, etc. Only the Thailand guide has more than a page, about straight sex tourists, and the working girls, and what they say is downright insulting.

I was in Pattaya at Christmas 2008. It was packed. Before I went to Thailand, I was worred about all the tourists, was nearly going to go to Nam.

But at the last minute friends convinced me to go to Pattaya. Lucky, coz Nam had severe floods. The crowds were no problem, plenty of hotels and girls for everyone.

Never really liked busy Citys, always enjoyed the "nature" experence. Untill i spent 3 weeks their. Been saving my dollars ever since to get back.

Heard its not as crowded since the ecconomy crunch anyway.
